By using PersonaX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
PersonaX is a creator-approved AI fan experience platform that allows creators to build AI personas and allows fans to subscribe and interact with those AI personas.
3. AI Persona Disclosure
AI personas on PersonaX are not the real creators. They are automated AI experiences based on creator-approved settings, topics, and boundaries. Users should not treat AI responses as personal, professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Users agree not to impersonate others, misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with PersonaX systems.
5. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for the information they provide in their profiles and AI persona settings. Creators should set clear boundaries, avoid misleading fans, and only publish content they have the right to use.
6. Fan Responsibilities
Fans agree to use PersonaX respectfully and understand that AI chats are automated. Fans should not submit sensitive personal information, harmful requests, illegal content, or abusive messages.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
PersonaX may offer paid subscription tiers for fan access to AI personas. Subscription terms, pricing, refunds, and billing rules should be clearly presented before payment once live payments are enabled.
8. Prohibited Use
Users may not use PersonaX to harass others, violate laws, exploit minors, distribute malware, scrape private data, impersonate creators, or bypass subscription and security systems.
9. Content and Intellectual Property
Users retain rights to content they own, but grant PersonaX the permission needed to operate, display, and provide the platform experience. Creators should only upload or publish content they have permission to use.
10. Limitation of Liability
PersonaX is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PersonaX is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or misuse of AI-generated responses.
11. Changes to Terms
PersonaX may update these Terms over time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
